I am happy to talk through these options at our initial meeting so please don't feel like you have to make a decision right now. The first step is just to make contact and we can find a way to work together that's best suited to you.

WALK & TALK

£40 per session

Once you have made contact with me via email or phone, we will schedule in an initial consultation (zoom or in a therapy room). This is an informal meeting where we can both get a feel for one another, to decide whether or not we can work together. A large part of the therapeutic process is about the client-therpist relationship.

We will then agree where the Walk & Talk will take place. This venues I work from at the moment are Hove Park, Three Cornered Copse and Carrats Cafe beach.

We will meet once a week at the same time and agreed place. If the weather is bad, I will offer you a zoom session.

This will appeal to you if:

You are unsure about conventional therapy

You find it more appealing to go for a walk with your therapist than sitting opposite them in a room

You like the idea of being outdoors

You would like to physically benefit from movement

You feel stuck

Issues that have shown to benefit from a Walk & Talk approach include: anxiety, depression, bereavement, self confidence, self esteem, anger and relationships issues.

RUNNING THERAPY

£40 per session

A large part of the therapeutic process is about the client-therpist relationship.

We will then agree where the Running Therapy will take place. This can be on a quieter end of the beach. Alternatively we can meet at a local park.

We will meet once a week at the same time and agreed place. If the weather is bad, we can always meet in my therapy room.

The running or jogging is always done at YOUR pace. You can choose to slow down, speed up, stop, sit on a bench. There is no pressure to run. 

This package will appeal to you if:

You are unsure about conventional therapy

You find it more appealing to run at a gentle pace and talk

You know about the benefits of running

You find it more appealing to run with your therapist by your side than sitting opposite them in a room

You enjoy movement

You like the idea of being outdoors

You would like to physically benefit from running

Couple Running

UP & RUNNING - RUN FOR YOUR MIND

10 weeks @ £150

This is NOT therapy 

This is a 10 week programme designed to get you up and running. We will start by looking at your mindset and motivation and the aim will be to create a sustainable programe that you can continue with once the course has finished.  We will agree a running goal depending on your physical fitness (e.g. 0-5km). During this program there will also be some homework and you will be able to check in with me too between our sessions.

This is your chance to connect more with your body and mind which means a stronger and more confident you.

This will appeal to you if:

You struggle to get out there in the first place

You would like someone to help you break through the barrier and take that first step

You want to make running/ walking part of your weekly routine

You know about the physical and psychological benefits of running

Things are really tough for you and you know that you could do with some help in starting the process of getting support

You like the idea of a running coach

You find it hard to talk or the idea of talking to someone a little scary

The first step can be really tough and this programme is designed to help you through this challenge. It may mean that the first couple of sessions are spent with you in your environment - looking at how we can help you get to that first step out the door. And remember - it doesn't matter how small that first step may be - taking it in the first place is what counts and we will celebrate this together.
